Abstract In this lecture, the basics for model-building in gauge-Higgs unification is discussed. Topics included are • Minimal SU(3) model & its extention • Higgs mass calculation and its finiteness • Hosotani mechanism • Collider physics • GUT extention etc. (depending on time)
