| Title | Index Saddle for Supersymmetric F1–P Black Ring |
| Abstract | We construct the index saddle for the supersymmetric F1–P black ring by taking a supersymmetric limit of a non-supersymmetric doubly spinning black ring and expressing the result as a three-center Bena–Warner solution. Although the resulting geometry has a finite-area event horizon, the two-derivative index vanishes. We argue that higher-derivative corrections become important near singular subspaces of the horizon and can lead to a finite index. In a restricted region of parameter space, a scaling analysis reproduces the microscopic index up to an overall numerical constant. |
